According to The Seattle Times a meeting between Seahawks Head Coach and his players helped get the team back on their dominating track.

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll and about 10 of his team's players had a meeting sometime before Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals to discuss the team's struggles this season, reports Jerry Brewer of The Seattle Times.

Among the topics of discussion were the team's chemistry problems.

"Hard talks,” safety Earl Thomas about of the meeting. “Arguments. Like a family. And just like a family, we came together.”

The meeting took place before the Seahawks' 19-3 home victory over NFC West-leading Arizona Cardinals. The win moved Seattle within two games of first place with five games remaining in the regular season.
